About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers / Entry-Level candidates to join our team as US Recruiters. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in building a career in US Staffing and Recruitment.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn US recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate management.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, and other recruitment platforms.

Review resumes and identify candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and gather information about experience, skills, availability, and work authorization.

Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities, interviews, and follow-ups.

Coordinate candidate submissions, interviews, feedback, and onboarding activities.

Maintain accurate candidate information in ATS/CRM systems.





Work on multiple job requirements while meeting daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Learn and follow US Staffing processes, terminology, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

0-1 year of experience in Recruitment, Staffing, BPO, Customer Service, Sales, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, internet research, and social media platforms.

Strong willingness to learn and build a career in US Staffing.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Proactive attitude with good follow-up and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in an onsite environment in Ahmedabad.
