- Conduct initial candidate screening calls
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
- Handle candidates throughout the recruitment process

? Requirements • Graduate in any discipline

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
