Role Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Non-IT Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end high-volume recruitment. You will manage the entire lifecycle—from intake strategy to field sourcing, onboarding, and offer closings—for warehouse operations, ground staff, last-mile teams, and regional site roles. A strong network and direct operational recruitment expertise across key industrial clusters in Western India (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) is required.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Bulk Recruitment: Lead high-volume recruitment drives, intake alignment sessions, candidate screening, scheduling, offer distribution, and joining compliance for entry-to-mid level non-technical roles.
- West Region Talent Sourcing: Leverage existing pipelines, regional job boards, off-line drives, local vendors, and ground networks across major Western hubs (such as Bhiwandi, Taloja, Chakan, Ranjangaon, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Sanand, Surat, Hazira)



to hit aggressive hiring targets.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Regional Operations Leads, Hub Managers, and Site Supervisors to align hiring timelines, define headcount requirements, and resolve site-level hiring bottlenecks.
- Onboarding & Turnaround Time (TAT): Maintain low time-to-fill metrics, manage post-offer engagement to minimize drop-outs, and ensure smooth Day-1 onboarding compliance across distributed sites.

Key Requirements

- 5–7 years of experience in high-volume, non-IT/operations bulk recruitment.
- Regional Sourcing Expertise: Deep candidate and vendor network across Western India (specifically Maharashtra and Gujarat industrial zones).
- Proven track record in managing stakeholder expectations across distributed site locations.
- Hands-on proficiency with ATS platforms, Excel/Google Sheets metrics tracking, and local hiring channels.
- Robust negotiation skills, speed of execution, and clear operational communication.
- Must be comfortable working full-time on-site in Bangalore.
