Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers. The role includes maintaining candidate pipelines for key positions, supporting workforce planning, and updating recruitment dashboards and reports.

The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership to understand role requirements, improve job descriptions, and enhance the candidate experience,



while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment guidelines. Additional responsibilities may include onboarding coordination, supporting employer branding initiatives, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build qualified relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to work with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
- Understanding of finance or fintech domains, or prior hiring experience in financial services, is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
