Key Responsibilities:

Conduct bulk hiring for delivery executives (bike riders, parcel delivery agents).

Source candidates through field recruitment, job portals, references, and local networks.

Visit hotspots like transport hubs, petrol pumps, marketplaces, and residential areas for candidate sourcing.

Screen candidates based on eligibility (license, vehicle, documents, etc.).

Ensure timely onboarding and document verification.

Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring data.

Build and maintain a pipeline of delivery candidates.

Coordinate with internal and external team to understand manpower requirements.

Handle delivery boys queries and provide accurate job information.

Salary

As per your work experience + incentives.

Required Skills:





Experience in bulk hiring, especially delivery executives or blue-collar workforce.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of local areas and sourcing strategies.

Ability to work in the field and meet hiring targets.

Basic understanding of documentation (DL, RC, Aadhaar, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months to 2+ years of experience in field recruitment (logistics preferred).

Graduate

Comfortable with fieldwork and travel.

Must own a smartphone, own bike and basic tech knowledge.
