Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for various positions within the organization through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the .

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with a shortlisted list of suitable candidates.

- Ensure timely communication with both internal stakeholders (hiring managers) and external stakeholders (candidates).

Job Requirements :

- 0-1.5 years of experience in recruitment or related field.

- Robust understanding of sourcing strategies for IT or NON-IT professionals.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients/stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com, Shine.com, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
