Job Summary

Clevanoo is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented US IT & Non-IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team.

Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various US IT and Non-IT job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and job descriptions for IT and Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication, experience, skills, and availability.

Explain job opportunities, responsibilities, work locations, and other relevant details to candidates.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/recruiting teams.

Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity in internal systems.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Maintain professional communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams.





Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good interpersonal and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.

Ability to understand job descriptions and match candidates with requirements.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn US recruitment processes.

Comfortable working in a night shift aligned with US business hours.

Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
