Role Description This is a full-time, in office Receptionist role based at Dental square clinic in Jaipur. The Receptionist will greet patients, manage check-in and check-out processes, and maintain a friendly, organized front desk environment. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, coordinating patient flow with clinical staff, and handling inquiries in a professional manner.

The role also involves basic clerical tasks such as maintaining patient records, organizing files, processing payments,



and supporting administrative procedures as needed. The Receptionist will collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience and efficient clinic operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, provide information, and interact with patients and staff professionally.
- Candidates should possess Receptionist Duties and Customer Service skills to manage front desk activities, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Candidates should possess Clerical Skills, including basic record-keeping, appointment scheduling, data entry, and document organization.
