Job Summary

Schiller Institute Senior Secondary School is looking for a smart, agile, and well-spoken Receptionist cum Admission Counsellor to be the first point of contact for visitors and parents. The role involves managing front desk operations, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment, handling admission counselling, and ensuring accurate data management through ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures to parents and students.
- Counsel parents and students regarding admission processes and guide them through application formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups in the ERP system.
- Ensure neatness and cleanliness of the reception and front desk area at all times.
- Manage appointments and schedules for the principal and administrative team.
- Coordinate with various school departments to ensure smooth operations.




- Assist with admission events, parent orientations, and open houses.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Ability to make accurate entries and manage records in ERP software.
- Strong multitasking ability and capability to work under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills with a pleasing and professional personality.
- Prior experience in a school front office or admission counselling is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
