We are looking for a creative Real Estate Video Editor / 3D Visualizer who can create premium, cinematic property videos and engaging visual experiences for real estate projects.

Job Overview The candidate will be responsible for editing high-quality real estate videos including property tours, luxury home showcases, apartment walkthroughs, drone videos, interior presentations, and architectural visualization content.

The ideal candidate should understand cinematic editing, camera movement, color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and 3D visualization.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit cinematic real estate and property showcase videos.
- Create professional interior and exterior property walkthroughs.
- Edit and integrate drone footage into property videos.
- Create smooth cinematic transitions and camera movement effects.
- Highlight important architectural and interior features.
- Create engaging property walkthrough sequences.
- Add titles, property information, pricing, location details, and other motion graphics.
- Perform professional color correction and color grading.
- Enhance footage to create a premium and luxurious visual look.
- Add background music, ambient sounds, and sound effects.
- Synchronize music, sound effects, and visual transitions.
- Work with 3D renders, architectural visualization, and CGI assets.
- Create or edit 3D walkthroughs and virtual property presentations.
- Combine real footage with 3D-generated environments and visualizations when required.
- Create before/after visualizations for properties under development or renovation.
- Follow creative briefs, reference videos,



and brand guidelines.
- Organize project files, footage, graphics, and assets efficiently.
- Deliver projects according to deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of professional video editing.
- Understanding of cinematic real estate video editing.
- Good knowledge of color correction and color grading.
- Experience working with drone footage.
- Strong understanding of camera movement and visual composition.
- Knowledge of transitions and cinematic effects.
- Good understanding of sound design and music synchronization.
- Ability to create professional motion graphics and titles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work with high-resolution footage and large project files.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and deliver projects on time.

3D & Architectural Visualization Skills Experience with any of the following is a strong advantage:

Candidates do not need to know every software. Strong video editing skills and a good portfolio are more significant. AI Skills — Added Advantage





Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
