- Effectively present property features, advantages, and pricing to prospective buyers, highlighting unique selling propositions.

- Understand client needs and preferences by asking insightful questions and actively listening to their requirements.

- Schedule site visits and property viewings for interested leads, coordinating with the sales team for smooth follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Must have completed graduation.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably within the real estate sector in India.

- Proficiency in Indian languages, with excellent spoken and written Hindi and English being essential.
