Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives and Business Associates . Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and booking targets .

Generate and convert leads through calls, references, digital marketing, events, and channel partners. Conduct customer meetings, project presentations, and site visits . Understand customers' investment requirements and recommend suitable projects.

Negotiate with customers and effectively close property deals . Build strong relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners. Monitor daily follow-ups and ensure leads are properly tracked through CRM.

Conduct daily sales meetings, team reviews, and performance evaluations.



Train team members on sales techniques, project knowledge, objection handling, and closing . Coordinate with marketing and telecalling teams to improve lead conversion.

Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences. Coordinate booking, documentation, payment collection, and registration processes. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
