- Real Estate Sales Executive We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing sales team The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients. The role involves handling leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable real estate projects, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound leads and respond to customer inquiries promptly. Understand clients’ requirements, budget, and investment preferences. Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, payment plans, and other relevant information.
Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline through regular follow-ups. Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients. Build strong and professional relationships with customers.
Negotiate effectively and assist clients throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate records of leads,
follow-ups, site visits, and conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently. Stay updated with real estate market trends, competitor projects, and developments. What We’re Looking For - Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Solid sales and negotiation abilities. Customer-focused and target-oriented approach. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Real estate sales experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales are also welcome.
Candidates who are comfortable with field work and site visits will be preferred.
