Key Responsibilities: Real Estate projects ke liye customers ko call karna aur leads par follow-up karna. Customers ko project ki complete information dena. Interested customers ke saath site visits arrange aur conduct karna.

Customer ki requirement samajhna aur suitable property suggest karna. Property pricing, payment plan aur project features explain karna. Customer ke queries aur objections handle karna. Negotiation aur deal closing mein support karna.

Regular follow-up karke booking convert karna. Daily calls, follow-ups aur site visit reports maintain karna. Given sales targets achieve karna.

Candidate Requirements: Good communication skills.



Sales aur customer handling mein interest. Target-oriented attitude. Gujarati & Hindi communication required; basic English preferred. Freshers can apply.

Real Estate

Sales experience will be an advantage. Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required. Candidates should be willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
