Sales Agent – Real Estate / Construction

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Agent to join our growing real estate team and drive sales for our residential projects in Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, apartments, villas, plotted developments, or residential projects. You will be responsible for handling leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting site visits, presenting projects, following up with prospects, negotiating, and converting enquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage sales leads through direct sales, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a robust sales pipeline.




- Handle negotiations and drive successful deal closures.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular sales updates.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Real estate/construction sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Customer-focused, confident, energetic, and highly target-oriented.
- Willing to work on weekends, with one weekday off.
