Role Description The Real Estate Investment Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for identifying and evaluating real estate investment opportunities, performing financial and market analysis, and supporting investment decision-making. The specialist will conduct thorough due diligence on properties and projects, assess risks and returns, and prepare investment briefs and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring market trends, collaborating with sales and business development teams, maintaining detailed investment documentation, and providing data-backed recommendations to optimize portfolio performance. The role also involves working closely with developers and internal teams to align investment strategies with Bricspace’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and investment performance metrics.




- Knowledge of investments and real estate investment principles, including valuation, ROI, and risk assessment.
- Experience in real estate markets, with an understanding of project lifecycles, local regulations, and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in due diligence, including financial, legal, and technical review of properties and development projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced certifications in investment or real estate are an advantage.
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with CRM or investment analysis tools is beneficial.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex investment concepts clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
