Role Description The Real Estate Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru East, with a combination of on-site client meetings and property visits, as well as some work-from-home tasks. In this role, the consultant will identify potential properties, conduct property inspections, and prepare listings and marketing materials. They will meet with clients to understand requirements, organize property tours, and provide guidance on pricing, legal documentation, and transaction processes.

The consultant will negotiate offers and terms, coordinate with builders, property owners, and legal teams, and support clients through closing.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include maintaining a pipeline of leads, updating CRM records, tracking market trends, and participating in occasional training and team meetings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including local market trends and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess effective Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess solid Negotiation skills to help clients secure favorable terms and manage expectations on all sides.
- Candidates should possess Training or mentoring abilities to share market insights and best practices with colleagues or new team members.
- Candidates should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with basic office and CRM software, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- A proven track record in real estate or related sales roles, familiarity with Bengaluru East neighborhoods, and a valid driving license or reliable transportation are highly beneficial.
