Lead a team of front-end developers in delivering scalable and maintainable web applications using React.js.

Own the architecture and technical decisions for complex UI features and front-end systems.

Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce development best practices.

Translate product requirements into technical specifications and timelines.

Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, DevOps, and QA to ensure end-to-end delivery.

Drive performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design.

Manage task allocation, sprint planning, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Ensure a high standard of UI/UX consistency and quality across the product.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, including Hooks, Context API, and Redux. Strong foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS/SASS.





Solid experience in designing component libraries, design systems, and atomic design structures.

Familiarity with Next.js, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and static site generation.

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data handling.

Experience working with Webpack, Babel, and front-end build optimization.

Expertise in unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) and integration testing.

Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, code versioning tools like Git, and tools like ESLint, Prettier.

Experience deploying and scaling front-end applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Bonus: Exposure to micro frontends, performance profiling tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
