About the Role

We are looking for an MBA professional to coordinate and support the day-to-day business activities of our real estate company. The candidate will work closely with management and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts & Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily activities between management and various departments.
- Track sales, marketing activities, targets, tasks and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and business updates.
- Maintain and analyze sales, lead and business data.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign and project execution.
- Follow up with team members, customers, vendors and business partners.
- Prepare presentations, Excel reports, dashboards and management documents.
- Assist management with meetings, reviews, planning and business initiatives.
- Monitor pending activities and ensure timely completion.




- Support overall business development and operational activities.

Required Skills:

- MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations or related field.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets & PowerPoint.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong follow-up, organizational and time-management abilities.
- Professional communication and documentation skills.
- Good command of English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams and handle responsibilities independently.

Preferred: Experience in Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, Business Development or Operations will be an advantage.
