Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct laboratory experiments following SOPs, ensuring accuracy and reproducibility.
- Assist in product development, formulation optimization, and small-scale trials.
- Prepare and optimize microbial growth and fermentation media.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
- Review scientific literature, write research reports, and prepare technical documentation.
- Draft and maintain SOPs, research article reports, and experimental protocols.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments (UV/Vis, ELISA, centrifuges, pH meters, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards (ISO, GLP, GMP).
- Troubleshoot technical and operational issues to improve yield, efficiency, and quality.

Collaborate with senior scientists, production, and QA/QC teams effectively





Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or related Life Sciences.
- Experience: Fresher or 12 years in R&D; or laboratory roles preferred.

- Technical Skills:
- Microbial cultivation, fermentation, and media optimization.
- Product formulation knowledge.
- Scientific literature analysis and technical writing.
- SOP preparation and documentation.
- Laboratory instrument calibration and maintenance.
- Knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
- Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team player.
