- Prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs and cost estimates
- Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
- Manage material quantity calculations and rate analysis
- Prepare and evaluate project budgets and cost sheets
- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement and Site teams
- Track project costs and identify cost variances
- Support vendor/subcontractor quotation evaluation and negotiations
- Monitor material consumption and wastage
- Verify measurements, bills and work completion at site
- Ensure projects are executed within approved budgets
