Role Overview:

As a Quantity Surveyor at Flatworld Solutions, you will be integral to our Engineering Services department, ensuring precise cost management and financial control of construction projects. Your expertise in architectural drafting, site supervision, and quantity take-off will be crucial in supporting various design disciplines and managing client relationships effectively. This role requires a blend of technical skills and customer management abilities, making it ideal for someone with a strong background in civil construction and excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Graduate in Civil / Dip in Architecture.
- 1-3 years in Architectural Drafting & Site supervision.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong customer management skills and a good team player.




- Should have a thorough theoretical and practical/field knowledge of civil construction activities like RCC work, building work, architectural and finishing items.
- Should be able to work with various design disciplines like structural engineers, architects, etc. and should be able to independently prepare an accurate quantity takeoff (BOQ bill of quantities). Quantity take-off must be supported by measurement sheets and hand sketches.
- Should be proficient in spreadsheet / Microsoft Excel functions. Should have a good proficiency in reviewing and taking measurements/dimensions from AutoCAD drawing files.
- Plan swift/Bluebeam experience would be an added advantage.
- Should be able to work in different shifts depending upon the business needs
