Key Responsibilities

- Quantity Take-offs: Perform accurate measurement and take-offs from drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems.

- BOQ Preparation: Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tender documentation, and cost estimates.

- Billing Support: Help prepare and verify subcontractor payment applications, progress measurements, and interim valuations.

- Cost Tracking: Assist in tracking material reconciliations, variations, and project expense logs.

- Coordination: Liaise with site, procurement, and design teams, as well as subcontractors, to clarify technical or quantity discrepancies.
