Job Title: Quality Manager - Civil & Finishing Works

Reports to: Quality AGM

Location: GH-80 OMERA Project (Construction Site), Gurugram

Experience:10-15 years

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary To ensure highest quality standards in all civil, structural, and finishing works by implementing robust quality control systems, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with drawings, specifications, IS codes, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor Quality Control Plan and Inspection Test Plan (ITP) for the project.
- Oversee quality of concrete design mix, methodology approval, material testing & approval.
- Conduct regular inspections of critical activities: excavation, soil compaction, formwork, reinforcement, concreting, curing, etc.
- Inspect all finishing works: tile/stone laying, plaster, painting, false ceiling, waterproofing, etc.
- Verify workmanship, levels, alignment, slopes, and material quality as per approved drawings & specifications.
- Maintain all quality records, checklists, test reports, and documentation.
- Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)



and ensure timely closure of defects.
- Conduct mock-ups and trials for finishing items and get approval.
- Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and third-party labs for testing.
- Support internal & external quality audits and client inspections.
- Guide and train site team on quality standards and best practices.

Requirements
- B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in Quality Control of civil & finishing works in high-rise / commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of IS Codes, CPWD specifications, and finishing workmanship standards.
- Experience in concrete mix design, soil compaction, and finishing works (tiles, stone, plaster, painting).
- Robust command on MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently at construction site.

Working Conditions: Site-based with frequent movement, inspections, and exposure to construction environment
