1. Quality Standard Implementation: - Develop, Implement and maintain quality control test, inspection plan and standard operating procedure(SOP)
2. Ensuring Quality: - At the four stages, (a) Incoming material (b) Production (c) In process (d) Finished product
3. Inspect and test products: - Detect defects and documented, also circulate the reports to the management.
4. Support new vendor development and recent product development
5. Compliance & Audit: - Compliance with ISO 9001, BIS and regulatory audits.
6. CAPA implementation: - Manage non-compliance reports and develop corrective and preventive actions.
7. On site QC: - Inspection conducted directly at the manufacturing facility, readily available for the traveling.
8. Documentation:



- Fulfill inspection reports and record findings as per company procedure.
9. Technical Proficiency: - Ability to operate Lab & lab equipment's like Vernier caliper, screw gauge, thickness gauge, torque tester, push pull meter etc.

10.Communication: - Reports issues to the operation Head & management. 11.Knowledge of Toys, Furniture, Textile, paper must be preferred.

12.Knowledge about BIS process and documentation and other testing certificates like EN71, GMark, ASTEM, CE etc.

Qualification: - B.Sc., M.Sc., Diploma or Degree

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
