The goal is to support the release of reliable and user-ready software by maintaining clear communication and collaboration throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets the expected behavior and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their testing skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases to validate software functionality.
- Solid ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to understand complex requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development and delivery teams to ensure quality standards.
