This role includes designing detailed test cases, meticulously identifying and documenting any defects, and working closely with delivery teams to guarantee that releases are dependable and ready for end users. The position demands continuous collaboration and communication to maintain high standards and support the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to develop their testing skills and understanding of quality assurance practices.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing principles and practices.
- Experience in designing comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure thorough testing coverage.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our CDC2E - SEZ office.
