Roles and Responsiblities

- Monitor and control product quality throughout the manufacturing process to

ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Investigate customer complaints, in-house rejections, and process issues using

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop, maintain, and update quality documents including Control Plans,

PFMEA, SOPs, Work Instructions, Inspection Standards, and PPAP documents.
- Conduct process, product, and system audits to ensure compliance with IATF

16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives through Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, SPC, MSA, and

other continuous improvement tools to reduce defects and improve process capability.
- Coordinate with Production,



Process Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to

resolve quality issues and improve product performance.
- Ensure proper use and calibration of measuring instruments such as Vernier

Callipers, Micrometres, Height Gauges, Profile Projectors, and CMM.
- Analyse quality data, prepare reports, track KPIs, and support activities related

to scrap reduction, customer satisfaction, and OEE improvement.

Skills Required

- Robust knowledge of Quality Tools (7 QC Tools, RCA, CAPA, SPC, MSA)
- Experience in PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and APQP
- Understanding of GD&T; and Engineering Drawings
- Knowledge of Welding and Fabrication Quality Requirements
- Internal Audit and Customer Audit Handling Experience
- Excellent Problem-Solving and Communication Skills
