- Check raw materials and ingredients before production.

- Monitor production processes and ensure quality standards are followed.

- Check pH, Brix, taste, colour, carbonation and other product parameters.

- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of machines, equipment and production areas.

- Monitor personal hygiene and GMP practices of production workers.

- Check bottles, caps, labels, packing and finished products.

- Maintain daily QC and production quality records.

- Identify quality issues and report them to management immediately.

- Ensure products are manufactured according to approved formulations and specifications.

- Conduct regular checks during filling, packing and storage.

- Assist in maintaining required food safety and quality documentation.

- Support product testing,



shelf-life monitoring and quality improvement activities.

Requirements:

- Qualification in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Quality Control or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in beverage/food manufacturing is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of pH meter, Brix meter, hygiene and food safety.

- Valuable observation and documentation skills.

- Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
