? Position Details

Job Title: QA/QC Engineer

Location: Gurgaon (Resedential Building Project)

? Key Responsibilities

- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections of materials, workmanship, and site activities.
- Support the implementation of Quality Management Plans (QMP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Review construction drawings and quantity requirements.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues, deviations, and safety concerns.
- Assist in surveying, site setting-out, and construction verification activities.
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, budgets, and project documentation.
- Track material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
- Manage design changes and maintain accurate project records.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance Systems, Code of Ethics,



and applicable policies.

? Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 12-15 years of experience in QA/QC, construction supervision, or project quality management.
- Proven experience in large-scale commercial and residential construction projects.
- Exposure to Central Government projects, consultancy assignments, and regulatory compliance requirements will be preferred.
