Role Description This full-time, on-site Quality Control Engineer role is based in Bengaluru.

The Quality Control

Engineer will perform routine inspections and testing of materials and finished products to ensure compliance with internal standards and customer specifications.

Responsibilities include documenting test results, identifying non-conformities, collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues, and supporting root-cause analysis and corrective actions. The role also involves maintaining quality records, assisting in the implementation of quality assurance procedures, and providing feedback for continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Control and Quality Assurance to monitor, test, and validate product standards.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Management capabilities to support process improvement and compliance with established procedures.
- Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret data, troubleshoot issues, and support root-cause analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and prepare clear reports.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or Industrial) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in manufacturing or metal/industrial environments, including familiarity with QC tools (e.g., calipers, gauges) and basic statistical quality methods.
- Understanding of ISO or similar quality standards and safety practices in an industrial setting.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a rapid-paced environment.
