SCANDALous Foods (ADITOF Pvt. Ltd.) is a one-stop shop for popular Indian mithais with 6 months shelf life in single serve 95 g cups for the HORECA ecosystem — hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens & Qcom players, targeting post meal impulse purchase of mithias with. We ship 3 lac cups a month across 6 cities in India while manufacturing our sweets in Nasik The RoleGuard the product. Every batch that leaves our Nasik facility should be SCANDALous-positive — every single time.

What you'll do

- In-process, raw material and finished goods QC checks (sensory, weight, moisture, packaging)
- Maintain QC logs, batch records, and non-conformance reports
- Enforce GMP, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance on the shop floor




- Coordinate with production on rejections, rework, and CAPA
- Support audits — internal, FSSAI, and customer

You are
- Diploma/Degree in Food Tech, Food Science, or Dairy Tech
- 2–3 yrs QC experience in FMCG food, sweets, dairy, or bakery
- Comfortable on the shop floor — not a desk-only QC
- Detail-obsessed. Says "no" when a batch isn't right.
- Preferably worked in an institutional kitchen/flight kitchen/food manufacturing company

Pay range: 25-35k per month basis aptitude & experience
