About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance & UAT Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing, UAT, and Agile environments. The role involves validating customer servicing, CRM, contact management, and authentication solutions, ensuring high-quality releases and a seamless end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute UAT, functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform API and integration testing across multiple applications and platforms.
- Identify, document,



and track defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar tools.
- Validate authentication workflows including MFA, SSO, identity verification, and access management.
- Support production releases, deployment validation, and post-implementation testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, Technology, and Operations teams to resolve issues and ensure release readiness.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuously improve QA processes and testing standards.

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in UAT, QA, Software Testing, Business Analysis, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with manual testing, test planning, test case design, and defect management.
- Experience with CRM, customer servicing, contact center, or authentication platforms.
- Experience with API testing, system integrations, and end-to-end workflows.
- Knowledge of SQL for test data validation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments.
- Experience supporting production releases and post-deployment validation.
