Role Description This is a full-time role for a Quality Assurance Specialist, based in Hyderabad.

The Quality Assurance

Specialist will help ensure compliance with internal quality standards, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) across API and intermediates manufacturing operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and approving quality documentation, monitoring production and quality control activities, supporting internal and external audits, and investigating non-conformances and deviations. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, maintain quality management systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in line with company and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- Relevant Experience of 5-10 years working in QA department within Pharma API industry.
- Strong foundation in Quality Assurance and Quality Control, with experience applying these practices in pharmaceutical or related manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems,



including development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality processes and SOPs.
- Hands-on experience with Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and regulatory guidelines relevant to APIs and formulations.
- Competence in Quality Auditing, including participation in internal audits, vendor audits, and support for regulatory inspections.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and address root causes.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with manufacturing, regulatory, and technical teams in a hybrid work environment.
- Familiarity with quality-related software tools, data integrity principles, and basic project management concepts is an advantage.
