RideOji is looking for a Quality Analyst – Sales who can monitor sales quality, identify performance gaps, and help our sales team deliver better customer experiences.
? Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate sales calls & customer interactions
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits
- Identify gaps in sales processes and communication
- Provide constructive feedback to the sales team
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports
- Track quality parameters and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with Sales Managers to improve team performance
- Recommend corrective actions and process improvements
? What We’re Looking For
✅ 2+ years of experience in Quality Analysis / Sales Quality
✅ Excellent English communication skills
✅ Strong interpersonal & customer-handling skills
✅ Approachable, confident, and professional personality
✅ Good analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Positive knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
✅ Experience with CRM tools will be an added advantage
