Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the QC team and inspection activities.

- Implement QC standards, SOPs, and inspection processes.

- Monitor product quality during development and production.

- Handle QC communication with international teams in USA, UK, and Germany.

- Coordinate with suppliers/factories to resolve quality issues.

- Conduct supplier audits and drive quality improvements.

- Ensure compliance with approved packaging, labels, artworks, and specifications.

- Maintain QC reports, defect analysis, CAPA, and vendor scorecards.

- Track KPIs such as rejection rates, defects, and supplier performance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Robust leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of QC/QA systems, AQL standards, and export compliance.

- Experience in both apparel and hardgoods categories.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems.

- 815 years of QC/QA experience in export houses, sourcing companies, or buying offices.

- Experience managing multi-category sourcing QC operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Production, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
