Product Development
-Formulate new pre-mix products and improve existing products as per market or client requirements.
Trial & Testing
-Conduct lab and plant-level trials. Maintain accurate trial records and sample logs.
Documentation
-Prepare product specification sheets, SOPs, and formulation documentation.
Quality Coordination
-Work closely with production, purchase, and marketing for product handover and scale-up.
Regulatory Compliance
-Ensure products meet FSSAI and other applicable regulatory standards.
Cost Optimization
-Identify cost-saving opportunities in ingredients and processes.
Market Research
-Analyse market trends and competitor products to suggest innovations.
Reporting & Analysis
-Submit daily progress reports, product performance metrics, and development logs.
3.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-B.Tech / B.Sc/Msc in Food Technology/ Food Science.
-Minimum 0-1 year of experience in R&D; or QC in FMCG.
