Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Presales & Solutions Manager with deep expertise in Quality Engineering, digital transformation, and modern technology stacks. The ideal candidate will lead complex bids, craft innovative solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth across multiple domains and technology landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presales & Solutioning
- Leading end-to-end presales activities for large and complex bids across mobility, digital transformation, BI, AI/ML, cloud-native, microservices, RPA, and QE.
- Architect scalable and cost-effective solutions by integrating multiple technology stacks and platforms.
- Create high-quality proposals, RFIs/RFPs, solution documents, and customer presentations. Quality Engineering (QE) Expertise
- Design and deliver solutions using industry-leading QE frameworks and tools across functional testing, automation, performance testing, and other QA practices.
- Recommend best-fit tools, automation approaches, and quality accelerators tailored to client needs.
- Ensure solutions align with contemporary QE practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, Agile, and Scaled Agile models. Client Engagement & Communication
- Interact with CXO-level stakeholders to understand business problems and positioning of solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and solution walk-throughs to customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Strong experience in Presales & Solutions across digital transformation and QE.
- Hands-on expertise in Quality Engineering, automation frameworks, and testing lifecycles.
- Excellent oral and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC, DevOps, Agile, and modern delivery models.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management capabilities.
- Well-versed in CI/CD frameworks and tools.
