To monitor online sorting and offline sorting of product & to manage shop floor manpower.

- To make First Article Inspection Report, while new job start at printing as well as coating area.

- To monitor MEK test and Scotch tape test as per quality plan.

- Do line clearance process when variant changed.

- Hold material decision to be transparent after discussion with Hod.

- Shift sample 01 sample / 4 hrs to be check / sign and kept for future reference.

- Customer approved samples issue to production also return to submit as per planning.

- Defect panoply shown to sorter before start the sorting and discussed for issues related to job / product.

- Handle parivartan team activity and up-date to all team members.





- Give printing colour shade approval with reference to customer approved sample to production.

- Give coating colour shade approval with reference to customer approval sample to production.

- Check online sampling report and give feedback to production with sample for correction.(printing and coating).

- Checked and verified packed pallet box qty.

- Give training in Parivartan meeting to all team member regarding product / customer feedback / housekeeping / 5S / Kaizen / KPI / SOC / HTA.

- Give training to new joining sorters take practices test and counselling with HOD.
