We are looking for an experienced Senior QA/QC Manager with 10–15 years of experience in residential high-rise construction. The candidate will be responsible for leading the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control function,

managing the QA/QC team, and ensuring quality standards are maintained from foundation to finishing and handover.

The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in

Mivan/Aluminium Formwork, QMS, SOPs, ISO 9001, ITPs,

NCR/CAPA, audits, RCC, structural works, and finishing works.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete QA/QC function for

residential high-rise projects.
- Manage, guide, and mentor the QA/QC team, including

engineers, inspectors, and quality staff.
- Allocate responsibilities and monitor the performance of

the QA/QC team.
- Conduct regular team reviews, identify training

requirements, and improve team capability.
- Establish and implement project-specific QMS and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and company quality

standards.
- Develop and review Quality Plans, ITPs, Method

Statements, checklists, and inspection procedures.
- Monitor quality activities from foundation, RCC and

structure through finishing and handover.
- Ensure proper quality control of Mivan/Aluminium

Formwork and RCC works.
- Monitor inspections for reinforcement, shuttering,

concrete, masonry,



plastering, waterproofing, tiling,

flooring, painting, and finishing works.

- Conduct regular quality audits, process audits, and site

inspections.
- Identify non-conformities and ensure timely closure of

NCRs, observations, and CAPA.
- Lead root-cause analysis and preventive actions for

recurring quality issues.
- Review material approvals, laboratory test reports,

concrete cube results, and quality test records.
- Coordinate with Project Heads, Construction Teams,

Consultants, Contractors, Vendors, and Management.
- Monitor contractor quality performance and ensure

compliance with approved specifications.
- Maintain complete quality documentation and ensure

proper traceability of records.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly QA/QC reports

and quality MIS to management.
- Conduct quality awareness sessions and technical

training for site teams and contractors.
- Support compliance with applicable RERA and statutory

quality requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce

defects, rework, and quality-related delays.
- Ensure the QA/QC team maintains quality standards

while meeting project timelines.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
