Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced E&I; (Electrical & Instrumentation) Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline, along with solid knowledge of quality standards and engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor Electrical & Instrumentation engineering and construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Review electrical and instrumentation drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
- Ensure all E&I; works comply with applicable international standards, project specifications, and client requirements.
- Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for electrical and instrumentation works.
- Conduct inspections and coordinate testing activities for electrical and instrumentation installations.
- Review and verify material certificates, inspection reports, test results, and equipment documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on technical and quality-related matters.
- Identify quality issues, raise NCRs where required, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper documentation and closeout of inspections, testing, punch lists, and quality records.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning,



and pre-commissioning activities as applicable.
- Ensure measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and certified.
- Participate in quality audits and support compliance with the project Quality Management System.
- Provide technical support to site teams and resolve E&I; engineering and quality issues.
- Prepare and review technical reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering
- Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I;) engineering, construction, QA/QC, or inspection.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, QA/QC procedures, ITPs, inspection processes, and testing requirements.
- Good knowledge of applicable electrical and instrumentation codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Experience with inspection, testing, installation, commissioning, and quality documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Abu Dhabi/UAE project experience is preferred.
- Relevant professional certifications in QA/QC or E&I; will be an advantage.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and engineering/document-control systems.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
