Role: Software Test Engineer / QA EngineerJob Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and design detailed test scenarios and test cases Perform manual testing including functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA Collaborate with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve issues Conduct API testing and validate backend services Maintain and enhance automation frameworks Participate in test planning, sprint meetings, and review sessions Ensure product quality through comprehensive manual and automated testing Prepare and maintain test reports and documentationRequired Skills: Strong understanding of STLC and SDLC Hands-on experience in manual testing and test case design Experience with Selenium WebDriver Programming knowledge in Java / Python / JavaScript Experience with TestNG / JUnit / PyTest Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman and RestAss
