Job SummaryWe are looking for a QA Engineer to support quality activities for defense products. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, proper documentation, and compliance with relevant defense standards.

Key Responsibilities





- Support quality checks during assembly and final stages
- Ensure products meet defense standards like
- MIL-STD-810
- MIL-STD-461
- JSS 55555
- Maintain inspection reports and QA documents
- Assist in identifying defects and quality issues
- Work with design and production teams to improve quality
- Support incoming and outgoing material inspection
- Help in basic testing (functional / environmental)
- Follow and maintain QA processes and checklists

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electronics systems
- Understanding of motors, gimbals, or embedded systems (basic level)
- Familiar with measurement tools (multimeter, vernier, etc.)
- Valuable documentation and reporting skills
- Attention to detail

Preferred
- Exposure to defense or drone-related projects
- Basic idea of quality standards / processes
