Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT/software projects from planning through successful completion.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.

- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, clients, product teams, and engineering teams to ensure requirements and expectations are aligned.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Track project progress, team capacity, dependencies, risks, issues, and overall delivery status.

- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early and drive appropriate mitigation and resolution plans.

- Manage scope changes and ensure impact on timelines, resources, and deliverables is clearly communicated.

- Monitor team performance, sprint velocity,



and delivery commitments to ensure projects remain on track.

- Maintain project documentation, status reports, action items, and project metrics using tools such as Jira and Confluence.

- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide regular project updates.

- Coordinate across multiple technical teams and workstreams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.

- Resolve project-level conflicts and dependencies by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure projects follow defined processes, quality standards, and SDLC practices.

- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve project delivery, team productivity, and processes.

- Work effectively with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams in an enterprise IT workplace.
