We are building the engine that makes high-quality health advice accessible to everyone, everywhere, starting with the phone in your hand.

We are actively searching for a proactive and creative individual to join our rapid growing startup as a QA Editor & Customer Support Associate. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing customer interactions, ensuring quality standards are maintained, identifying gaps, and sharing actionable feedback to improve the overall customer experience. You will also handle customer queries, resolve issues,



and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:-

● Handle Disha support chat- grievances, user concerns, and queries promptly

● Connect with users, collect quality feedback, and share a clear summary of issues with the team

● Connect with users on live or new features to understand how they are using them

● Regularly audit calls and chat responses especially subscription, cancellation, and refund related issues

● Spot bugs and small quality issues in the product and user experience.
