Role Summary:

The QA Analyst supports internal benchmarking, advisory and research teams by collecting, analyzing, validating, and presenting structured and unstructured data. The role requires strong quantitative skills, attention to quality, and the ability to convert data into clear insights for client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Extract, transform, analyze, and quality-check survey and benchmark data.

- Support benchmarking, advisory and client project teams with timely, high-quality deliverables.

- Build reports, analyses, and summaries using tools such as Power BI, Advanced Excel, SPSS, Python or similar platforms.

- Rconcilie metrics, map questionnaire versions, and maintain accurate benchmark databases.

- Manage multiple requests, meet turnaround-time targets, and communicate status clearly with internal clients.

- Document analysis logic and securely store outputs for future reuse and auditability.

Applicant Candidate Must Have Below Skills:





- Strong quantitative analysis, research, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent English Communication Skills (Both Verbal and Writing)

- Expertise in working on Advanced MS Excel, PPT

- Expertise in working on any one of these analytics tools - Power BI or SPSS or Python or R Programming

- Ability to interpret data, form hypotheses, and summarize insights in an executive-ready format.

- High attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work collaboratively and manage deadlines in a client-focused environment.

Candidates with below skills will be preferred:

- Exposure on VBA, SQL, or other related analytics tools.
- Skills in using Generative AI tools, including Copilot, with a robust ability to assess and verify AI-generated outputs.
