Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions for web applications. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and functionality of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and testing frameworks for web applications
- Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing
- Identify, document, track, and report bugs and issues clearly
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and create effective test plans and test cases
- Develop and maintain automated test suites for frontend and backend applications
- Test RESTful APIs and validate responses, functionality, and error handling
- Perform cross-browser and responsive testing across different devices and platforms
- Execute regression testing before releases and deployments
- Analyze test results and work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Improve testing processes, automation coverage, and overall software quality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to quality assurance standards

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of software testing and QA methodologies
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress,



Playwright, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript or another programming language used for test automation
- Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, status codes, and JSON
- Experience creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and bug reports
- Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems
- Solid analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers and product teams

Preferred / Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium automation frameworks
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows
- Experience with performance or load testing tools
- Understanding of database testing and basic SQL or MongoDB queries
- Familiarity with Docker or cloud-based testing environments
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes
- Familiarity with AI-powered development and testing tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools to improve test automation, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
