- 4 to 7 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Auditing within the US Healthcare industry.
- Robust experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), including AR, Accounts Receivable, and Medical Billing.
- Hands-on experience in Call Auditing, Call Monitoring, and Call Evaluation.
