Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to take end-to-end ownership of product quality across Web, Mobile, Backend, and AI-powered tools. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, be comfortable working independently, and be able to define effective, risk-based testing strategies.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams from the early stages of development through release, ensuring quality is built into the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and review business and technical requirements to identify gaps, risks, and test scenarios.
- Define comprehensive and risk-based testing strategies based on product requirements and business impact.
- Own end-to-end testing activities from requirement analysis through release validation.
- Perform hands-on testing across Web, Mobile, Backend, APIs, and AI/GenAI-powered tools.
- Apply different testing approaches, including functional, regression, integration, exploratory,



and end-to-end testing.
- Troubleshoot issues, investigate defects, and provide clear, concise, and actionable bug reports.
- Participate in bug/defect triage, prioritization, and resolution discussions with Product and Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders from the early stages of feature development.
- Advocate for quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and promote shift-left testing practices.
- Develop solid subject-matter expertise in the products, features, and systems under test.
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve QA processes, testing efficiency, and overall product quality.
- Work independently with a high degree of ownership, managing testing priorities, timelines, and deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Maintain clear documentation and communicate testing progress, risks, and quality status effectively in a remote environment.
