Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Tableau Developer to join our Data Analytics and Business Intelligence team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Tableau for designing and developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to gather requirements, transform complex data into meaningful insights, and deliver scalable, high-performance BI solutions.

The role requires robust analytical skills, experience with SQL, and the ability to optimize Tableau dashboards for usability, performance, and accuracy.

Your future duties and responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Gather and analyze business requirements,



translating them into effective BI and reporting solutions.
- Develop and optimize Tableau workbooks, dashboards, and data visualizations for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Connect Tableau to multiple data sources, including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise data warehouses.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data for reporting and analytics.
- Build and maintain data models, calculated fields, parameters, sets, and Level of Detail (LOD) expressions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality by performing data validation and troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Publish, schedule, and manage Tableau dashboards and data sources on Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud.
- Monitor dashboard performance and implement optimization techniques to improve response times.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to deliver reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot Tableau-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
- Document dashboard designs, data sources, and development processes to support ongoing maintenance.
- Follow best practices for dashboard design, data visualization, security, governance, and version control.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing,



and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Primary Skills: Tableau Developer, Power BI, SQL Experience: 8-10 years

Location: Hyderabad RMZ

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Work model: Initial 8 weeks WFO, continued with Hybrid (3 Days)
